We are pleased to provide several services to help you shine on your special day! Our talented staff will work with your vision to help you look and feel your best.
Deposit
50% deposit of services are required to book reservation on credit card. (This will be applied to your services day of event)
- Prices are subject to change as your party may change their styling needs or add additional services
Cancellation Policy
Our staff reserves the time you requested and holds that appointment time specifically for you based on this contract. Please give ample time if cancellations are needed to avoid charges.
- Entire event: Cancellation 21 days prior to event is required (full deposit refunded)
- 48 hrs. prior: Cancellation at this time will result in 30% of service charged
- 24 hrs. prior: cancellation at this time will result in 50% of service charged
- No call/no show: 100% charged for reserved services
Reminders
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments. (Late arrivals will be fit in based on available time)
- Trial run on bridal services is optional & payment is needed on day of trial
- Mimosa & snacks will be provided
- We recommend wearing a button down shirt for hair services & arriving with clean hair
- 20% gratuity will be applied to your services
